Hai world!,

it has been long time since the latest update, i was having a though time in these 2 months, exams and some other private matters.. it is really overwhelming , alhamdulillah it i able to stand up and not break down all time. lol..

Right in computer lab, get reading to start my short program; MCTS ASP.NET ( MICROSOFT CERTIFIED TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST ) .NET 3.5 framework … it is a good chance for me to improve my web/client side web programming.. ^_^

Before this i like to use PHP and MYSQL for server/client side web programming not to mention the javascript which is essential to me.. Maybe after this short course i will use ASP.NET more lol… ( microsoft webhosting is more expensive that linux hosting though ><)

So here is the module for short course i am learning 2310C ( Developing Web Application using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008):

•Module 1: Overview of the Microsoft .NET Framework

•Module 2: Creating Web Applications by Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft .NET-Based Languages

•Module 3: Creating a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Form

•Module 4: Adding Code to a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Form

•Module 5: Tracing in Microsoft ASP.NET Web Applications

•Module 6: Validating User Input

•Module 7: Creating and Implementing User Controls

•Module 8: Accessing Data with Microsoft ADO.NET and Visual Studio 2008

•Module 9: Accomplishing Complex Data Access Tasks

•Module 10: Reading and Writing XML Data

•Module 11: Creating a Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX Application

•Module 12: Delivering Dynamic Content with Microsoft Silverlight

•Module 13: Consuming and Creating XML Web Services

•Module 14: Managing State

•Module 15: Configuring, Optimizing, and Deploying a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Application

•Module 16: Securing a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Application

p/s: If you’re interested why not join the short course or you can learn from the book though, but it is better if you can have someone to teach you ^^

Hai ^^,
i remember an article that i read from Max it magazine regarding about job scope of programmer by Jonathan Freeman, in his article he wrote that … without a keen interest to sustain through years of thankless, tiring work, programming really won’t be for everyone. Programming is 70 percent aptitude, 30 percent attitude and interest…

I agree with those words, to enhance our programming skill we need to spent more time on coding and troubleshooting the syntax errors easily speaking without spending more time in front of pc and learn from errors we can hardly advance our skill to next level

My lecturer once said that programming is an art of thinking , well it is true if a person have a good sense of logic he/she manage to code a program nicely…. For example it is a good practice if a programmer able to make a software that contains fewer lines of codes which helps the software executes faster and use less memory

To make programming as our profession we must able to face dateline and debugging and troubleshoot our program which sometime push us to” stay put” infornt of our pc for quite a time…. perhaps it can also effect our daily social life

but If we make programming as our hobby.. we can take our own time with no rush..

Well from my personal view i prefer the second choice, i like programming especially web programming but not to an extend which i spent lots of my time in front of my pc in order to rush for dateline ><

The Smallest Harddisk

In january 2004, Toshiba introduced a 0.85 inch hard disk with a capacity of 4 gb. It is recarded in Guinness Book of World Record

Drastic Fall in Price

As for today, a 1GB harddisk is about 0.10 USD but in 1980, ST506 ( Seagate ) cost about 250 euros per MB
